|Art||Over the next few weeks, our Kindergarten artists will be playing with the Elements of line, shape, and texture in art class.
The National Gallery of Art's website at www.nga.gov offers a fun way for you and your child to explore the Elements of Art.
|Spanish||November 15th: You did great pictures of the turkey (el pavo) with lots of colors! You also learned some vocabulary about body parts.
November 1st: Animals and colors.
October 25th: Great class this week learning about shapes (circulo, cuadrado, triangulo) and colors (rojo, amarillo, verde, anaranjado, azul, negro, cafe.)
October 18th: We are moving into new material: shapes (Corazon, estrella and circulo).
October 11th: I hope you all enjoyed meeting today Raton Family members. They will be visiting us again next week.
October 4th: You prepared a nice surprised for your grandparents while you learned vocabulary around family.
September 27: We are learning about the family.
September 20: We spent a nice time singing and coloring while reviewing colors.
September 13: Every class you are doing better with the song. New words you learned in the song: el sol, el viento, el pajarito. New colors: blanco, gris and café.
September 6th: We enjoyed singing the song Camina, Camina and coloring the work sheet.

|Reminders||Help! We are in need of some items for our December Developmental Center. Many of these items can be found in the Target Dollar Aisle; ribbon, glitter glue, sequins, 9 inch paper plates (white), green tissue paper, and red tissues paper. Thanks for your help!
